DMLS Process Mastery
Fiber laser at 200-400μm spot size, 10-20 m/s scan speed, argon atmosphere under 10 ppm O₂. Parameter optimization maximizes density for each alloy system.
Six-Alloy Qualification
Six DMLS-qualified alloys with documented process parameters. AlSi10Mg for lightweight structures; 17-4 PH, 316L, Ti6Al4V, Inconel 718, and CoCr for demanding applications.
DMLS Post-Processing
Stress relief (650°C-950°C alloy-specific), HIP (2,000°F + 15,000 psi), support removal, heat treat, CNC finish, and CMM inspection — complete DMLS supply chain.
